The Space:

The outside area has an enclosed terrace ideal for dining and lounging. A handcrafted succulent garden, 3 fire-pits to cozy up to, a hot tub on the deck and a pool perfect for a summer swim, surrounded by our beautiful lawn. There are additional outdoor seating areas which alternate between sun and shade depending on the time of the day, perfect for meals, coffee, wine tasting, and enjoying the beautiful valley views.



Guest Access:

The property is gated and there is plenty of parking on the property, though our permit limits us to a maximum of 3 vehicles.



Pool house on property is unoccupied and never rented to another group separately but can be rented in addition to the house. Pool house does not have air conditioning or heating but can be heated by space heaters and the fire place.



The Neighborhood:

We are situated on the valley floor, surrounds by other homes on large lots, many with small vineyards.

The town of Sonoma is just 2.5 miles from the house and there are roughly 100 wineries within a 10-15 minute drive.



Getting Around:

Ride share and taxi services are available but you will need a car to get around



Other Things to Note:

-$150 per pet fee(2 pets max) pets are NOT allowed in the pool.



-Pool is heated by solar from mid May until October and averages 80 -85 degrees depending on the temperature of the day outside.



-NO SMOKING ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY and NO AMPLIFIED NOISE AT ANYTIME DAY OR NIGHT.



-Pool house is unoccupied but can be rented for an additional fee



-House is serviced with water by a private well



-Additional rental agreement is required
