"Absolutely outstanding in every way. Magnificent views of Seoul skyline."

"Fantastisk hotel med alt, hvad man har brug for"

"Daily cleaning was slow and late in the day. The pool area was only available to use if you paid $130 canadian for 2 hours The location was good and only 5-7 minutes walk to the metro"

"Dejligt hotel og meget hjælpsom personale. "

"The staff was very helpful, asked if I needed the room to be cleaned that I just needed to ask. There are lots of amenities close by: CU convenience store, coffee shops (Starbucks, Coffee bean, etc), restaurants of all types on Bangi-dong food alley, and walking distance to the Lotte Mall/World/Tower. Two close subway stations Line 8 and Line 9 with escalator access - transferring from the airport via public transport was almost the same time as driving. There is a give right across the street...

"Aircon was noicy I will say the pictures are well made."

"The location of the hotel was very good. Really liked the locality and very close to the lotte world and metro station. The CU opposite to the hotel it was very accessible."

"Excellent property! Staff friendly and helpful. Very clean. Location is amazing."

"Friendly staff. Amazing location! Rooms are not soundproof, so you can easily hear other guests being intimate. Cleaning of the rooms is not thorough between guests. We had to move a bed, to be able to walk around more easily, the dust and loose items under the bed was very surprising. For some reason there were 3 side tables in various sizes, in a room that is already lacking space."
