This property is located in a Homeowners Association (HOA), not a resort. Tenants are obliged to adhere to the rules of the HOA which will be accessible in the guest portal and the property binder inside the rental. If fines are incurred due to Tenant behavior, those fines will be collected from that Tenant.
A signature on the Rental Agreement is required for all stays, the link will be emailed to you upon booking.
Pets must be leashed outside, they are not permitted on furniture and must be cleaned up after on the grounds. $100/pet for stays 14 days or less, price varies for longer term stays. Max 2 pets.
Pool passes permitted for the # the property can sleep up to a max of 10 passes per property.
Long term stays are plus utilities and $1000 security deposit.
