Guests at the Burnside Bungalow have a reserved dock slip at the Villager Resort Private dock next to our home. Launch your boat at Burnside Marina (5 mins away) and then enjoy easy access during your stay! Unsalted Life Boat Rental can is based out of the Villager Resort, with two new Pontoons availabel for rental. Contact Dave directly at (606) 271-0224. Their rates are generally more competitive than the surrounding marinas for Villager guests, and offer the added convenience of launching just steps away from the Bungalow! Enjoy fishing from the private dock as well.

Guests also have access to Villager Resort pool, tennis court and arcade.

Enjoy the lake views from the deck of this newly renovated and modern 3-bedroom, 3 -bathroom Lake Cumberland home that sleeps 12. Conveniently located in Burnside (between Somerset and Monticello), the home is less than 5 minutes from shopping and restaurants in Somerset, 5 minutes away to the Burnside Marina, and 10 minutes to Burnside State Park and Golf Course. Conley Bottom Marina is 15 minutes. (Burnside and Conley bottom both have boat rentals and boat launches)

Great hiking trails, fishing and Cumberland State Park are nearby.

Grill out and enjoy lake views on the upper deck, lounge on the lower deck while you and your guests play lawn croquet, washers, bocce ball, corn hole, and enjoy S’mores at the fire pit tucked away on the private land immediately behind the home. Enjoy the finished lower level game and bunk room.

The upper level features a fully stocked, eat-in kitchen with a large farmhouse dining table. Walk out to the upper deck, with a propane grill and additional dining table. The main living area has a Roku TV and there is high speed internet throughout the house. On the main floor, the primary bedroom features a king bed with attached full bathroom with shower. There are two additional queen bedrooms and another full bath with tub/shower combination on the main floor.

A walkout downstairs level features reclaimed wood walls, two bunk beds (4 beds- weight limit is 220 lbs per bed) with two additional trundle beds (sleeps 6). There is an additional 2-piece bathroom, full laundry, and another lounge area with a Roku TV. The sofa in the basement also converts into a twin futon bed.

The driveway and front of the house have ample parking for cars, boats and other land and water vehicles.
