"All round good facilities, parking, cleanliness and food"

"Fantastic hotel in the centrum of Taunton."

"Loved my stay at the hotel. Friendly staff and a nice breakfast."

"Cosy traditional b&b room above the pub itself, surprisingly quiet (never heard a sound) even though the pub below is a very popular place and full every night. Nice breakfast, good evening meal, can’t fault the place. Patrick and the locals were very friendly, we happily chatted amongst them all evening on both nights we stayed. All in all a very good time, would we stay again? Absolutely no problem at all."

"Morgenmaden var bare en boks, som kunne spares væk. Værelset var fint og rent. Personalet var venligt. Der var desværre ikke noget varme vand, da varmeren var i stykker. Men der var et køleskab, og det mangler jeg tit andre steder"

"Clean and tidy. Bedroom smelt like someone had smoked in there before me. Parking good. No staff (which was advertised to be fair and the codes worked!). No hot water for the morning shower and no one to alert. Overall, average but ok for a place to sleep for the night."

"Clean and quiet room, comfortable bed"

"Great location lovely surroundings and very friendly and welcoming host"

"Beautiful, comfortable and cosy room in lovely location. We felt at home. Excellent breakfast"

"Lovely setting. Very friendly staff. Food was fantastic. Would stay again."

The mobile network was patchy in this place, and on top of that, the wifi in the room was on and off. It disrupted my planned work. Reporting this to the staff did not help. This place would be my last choice next time."

"Very nice people. Charming. Local guests. Popularitet. Good good. Happy place."

"Autentisk, nyrenoveret, god mad"

"On arrival the reception was awful with staff unable to access records but their attitude was very off hand towards us. The room was clean but badly set up. For instance, the double bed was only accessible from one side; there was nowhere for storage of cases etc. and the only area to hang clothes was a row of five hooks, three of which overhung the box on which the kettle and cups etc. were kept; the shower cubicle was missing one of its two doors; the sink in the toilet was so restricted by a...
