"Property was cute and clean. Perfect for the one overnight stay we had."

"Great space for a family! The outdoor space was so nice. It was early in the outdoor season. The deck, table, and grill needing to be wiped off. Indoor spaces were very clean. Hosts were very helpful! The beds could be more comfortable. The kitchen space and living area are wonderful for spending time with family!"

"The house was clean, new and exactly what we needed for an overnight stay. Would definitely stay here again if we’re in Iowa City again."

"This is a fantastic cottage! Perfect for a solo traveler or two who are comfortable sharing a queen bed. This VRBO was the most perfect place of solitude and respite after terrific (but long and loud) days of professional development here in Cedar Rapids. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Will definitely rebook for next summer!"

"A very clean and homey feeling. Beds were great. Communication was very good. We will try to go back there."

"Probably not everyone's cup of tea. Kind of dated inside and a little bare bones. Not very many amenities in the kitchen. Only 1 pod provided for the Keurig ( good thing only one of us drinks coffee!) and 1 roll of TP which barely lasted for the one night we stayed there. Of course there is a grocery store right across the street, but still... The bed was comfy and the shower was very good. Location was right on a fairly busy corner and we were apprehensive of noise but turned out OK. Everything...

"This cute and quaint house was perfect for our family’s quick stay. Nicely fit 3 adults and 2 kids! It was well stocked with just the right amount of blankets, towels and other amenities."
