Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind: die Lage zum Rynek, Kaffee/Tee/Wasser den ganzen Tag zur freien Verfügung, Sauberkeit. Leider war unsere Matratze sehr durchgelegen, hier wäre ein Austausch und eine Kontrolle nach einer gewissen Zeit wünschenswert. Zusammenfassend ein sehr schönes Hotel mit mehr Vorzügen als Mängeln."

"Multiple pools - with a water slide! My teenage kids loved it. It is not a super water park, but they have a really nice pool / hot tub area and it is low-key but very nice. The staff was nice, the city area was nice - everything exceeded my expectations. We had a room that was like an attic room, and it had skylight type windows that we were able to open up and check out the area. I really likes this hotel. Also, the breakfast was good too. "

But if you are not polish, please be aware that they don't speak, or understand a single word of English, or any other languages apart from polish. When we didn't understand, the owner only spoke louder. We travel a lot, and can usually find a way to communicate but it was difficult here. "Great hotel near the national park Owl Mountains (Góra Sowie). Food is good (but a la carte is a bit slow). Spa treatments are done in an unique atmosphere and prices are fair. Nice bio pool without chlor. Rooms are comfortable -in the summer time, go for a deluxe room (not 2nd floor) with air conditioning if possible but observe that these require extra walking from the rooms in a separate building to the restaurant compared to the main building with standard rooms. "
