Less than 2 miles to the base of Snowshoe Mountain, this is the perfect peaceful getaway for the whole family or friends’ group! The indoor space is three separate floors, so you can enjoy quiet time by the fireplace, lively fun in the recreation room, or resting peacefully away from any noise. Two master suites offer privacy for multiple families. Includes an extra sleeping loft with a queen bed off the main floor master suite.

As much as we love our furry friends we must have some rules around them to keep the cabin in tip top shape.
Pets allowed with extra $100 fee. All pets must be cleaned up after both inside and outside of cabin. Pets cannot be left unattended if they are not properly crated. Guests are fully financially responsible if any damages occur due to pets on premises. If Pets are brought to the property without disclosing, there is an automatic $300 charge added to stay.

This house has:
- Bedroom One (main floor): Queen size bed with Roku TV
- Bedroom One Loft: Queen size bed
- Bedroom Two (Upstairs): Two Queen size beds with Roku TV
- Bedroom Three (Upstairs): Two twin-over-twin bunk beds and one trundle
- Bedroom Four (downstairs): King size bed
- The bottom floor game room has a couch that can be used as fold down sleeper.
- There is also a pack n play for little ones (in master closet).
- All bedrooms include Lasko heater/fans to be used as needed for added comfort.

We think the house is comfortable with 12-14 people, but if you don't mind being cozy, it can sleep up to 16.
Enjoy the large outdoor deck with beautiful views and soak in the peaceful nature all around. There's nearly always deer, you can hear and see many beautiful birds, and maybe even see a black bear! Relax on the outdoor sofa by the fire pit and make s'mores, sit at the outdoor table to enjoy your morning coffee, or have a glass of wine.. If the weather keeps you indoors, we have a gas fireplace in the main floor living room that makes the space incredibly cozy to curl up in and watch Netflix, read a book, or play a game.
For indoor entertainment, we have a ton of board games and a full game room ready for your enjoyment. There are five Roku TVs (bring your own streaming account log ins!), one in the living area two in the recreation room, two in bedrooms, and reading areas with books.
You won't want for things to do when at home, however Snowshoe has so much to offer just up the hill. The skiing and snowboarding are famous for good reason, and other winter activities include night skiing and tubing at Silver Creek. There are incredible hiking trails on over 11,000 acres! Take a dip at Split Rock Pools, or Shaver's Lake is just at the bottom of Ballhooter lift and has a beach, regular and standing paddleboats, canoes, kayaks, and inflatables. There are playgrounds, disc golf, lovely hiking trails and a restaurant. The area is also famous for its mountain bike trails, with lessons for beginners. There are scenic lift rides, horseback riding, fishing, yoga, a bike park and off road 4 wheelers to rent. Raven golf club is super close for any avid golfers.
The kitchen is well prepared for anything you might throw at, with all needed appliances. We provide coffee grounds and some pods for the Keurig, though this is just to get you started.

There is a gas grill on the deck , we just ask that you clean it afterwards.
The table seats 10, there is a breakfast nook for 4 and then the kitchen bar has stools for 6.
The wet bar in the basement has stools for 6 as well as a mini fridge and dishwasher.
Please note that Snowshoe is in a quiet zone, so cell service is not great anywhere on the mountain. To combat this, we've ensured we have the best wifi available. To avoid issues with checking in, it may be beneficial to download your map before you get on the mountain, and make a note of the wifi password.
We want the house to have everything you need so your stay is as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. If there's anything you think would make the house more comfortable please let us know.

Other rules:
Guest must sign rental agreement. Security deposit of $300 required. No pets. No parties. No smoking.
Maximum occupancy is 17, including all adults, children and babies. Fee for late check out is $100 an hour.
Must be 25 to book.
Please check "This Week on the Mountain" to see what will be open during your stay. During the shoulder seasons some restaurants and mountain amenities are closed or have reduced hours.
Security: There are two outdoor security cameras located outside the cabin at the front left corner (when facing the cabin). These are pointed towards the driveways and help us keep the cabin safe, and to keep track of cleaning and maintenance crews. We have the upmost respect for your privacy - we believe this cabin should feel like your home away from home.
