The Capitol Peak condominium complex is located directly across from the gondola and steps to the Fanny Hill chair lift, kids ski school, apres ski activities, restaurants, shops and summer mountain biking and hiking. Located in building B, everything you need for an amazing Snowmass vacation is right outside the building. During the winter months you will greatly appreciate the access for skiing and in the summer months a ride on the gondola brings you up to the Elk Camp Restaurant and The Lost Forrest where you can participate in activities such as the alpine coaster, ropes course and zipline. At the end of the day you will appreciate returning to your comfortably air conditioned vacation rental, a rarity in the mountains.



The open and inviting floor plan will be the perfect setting for enjoying your vacation. All iTrip Aspen Snowmass properties have WIFI and all rentals are stocked with professionally laundered linens and towels and a starter supply of the following: coffee, tea, paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, trash bags, sponge, dish detergent and soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hand soaps. If your home has a wood burning fireplace we provide a starter supply of wood. Additional stock of these items are available for purchase at the local grocery stores.
