The lower level of the home offers three thoughtfully designed bedrooms, providing plenty of space and privacy for guests. One bedroom serves as a comfortable king suite with its own private bathroom, creating a peaceful retreat for relaxation. The remaining two bedrooms are designed as fun and functional bunk rooms, perfect for kids or additional guests, and are connected by a convenient Jack-and-Jill bathroom. This well-planned layout makes it easy for everyone to spread out while still enjoying a comfortable and connected stay. Each bedroom offers ceiling fans, ample storage, and easy deck access.

There is a washer/dryer and ALL bed linens and bath towels are provided. Guests are responsible for providing their own pool & beach towels.
(1) set of towels is provided for each person on the reservation up to the max capacity. A set of towels includes (1) bath towel, (1) hand towel and (1) wash cloth.
ISPM also provides our guests with a "Welcome Bag" to help kick your stay off on the right foot. Welcome Bags include a roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper, trash bags, laundry pods, dish pods, dish soap and sponge. Please, keep in mind that these are just to get you started and are not meant to be enough for a weeks stay. Guests are responsible for providing more if needed.
