There are also two separate family rooms, each with its own unique character, perfect for movie nights or board game days after a day in the sun.

The kitchen is a chef's dream, with modern appliances, beautiful cabinetry, and sleek countertops. Linens:
Clean and well-maintained linens are provided for your comfort and include all the sheets, pillowcases, blankets, and bath towels you may require. Additional linens for the sleeper sofa can be found in the closet. We request that you launder, fold and store the sleeper sofa linens in the closet, prior to your departure.

Pool Access:
Guests have access to the Ocean Ridge Village community pool. The swimming pool is typically available between April–October (subject to HOA schedules). This is an easy walk along the beach and a few parking spaces are available.

Beach Towels:
Beach towels are provided for your use. We request that guests launder, fold and store any that are used. These are not part of your cleaning fees.

Pet Policy:
Pets are allowed. An additional fee of $200 per pet is added to the reservation. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. We can allow a maximum of 2 dogs, each weighing under 50 lbs.

Rental Policy:
A signed rental agreement and valid ID are required for booking. Minimum Age: 25
