The first floor has three bedrooms, each with oceanfront beach deck access and cable television. Two lovely main bedrooms each feature two-person tubs and separate showers. The third bedroom has a TV and an attached bathroom with a tub/shower. The second floor's two bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower. Also on the second floor, you find an expansive living space with breathtaking views of the ocean and Intracoastal Waterway. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, beverage cooler, and dishwasher. There is a large dining table and a breakfast bar - you will have plenty of room for all to share delicious meals. Challenge your friends and family to a friendly game of cards or puzzle building at the game table. One of the sofas in the living area is a sleeper sofa. Enjoy your favorite TV show or a long-awaited movie on the 55' TV. The house includes a washer/dryer, an enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water, a fish sink and cleaning station, and a 10'x10' sun deck with benches on the walkway to the ocean.
