Hoteller nær Smoot Theater

"Hotel was once a grand place - currently needs TLC. Not as clean as you would expect. Restaurant menu & service were not up to Blennerhassett reputation. Not sure I would stay there again."

"Overall decent for the money"

"We had a fantastic stay. Marietta is a great town, and the Lafayette is very much a historic hotel. The common areas are rich with historical context and artifacts, and the two restaurants serve different purposes. The nearby area has an abundance of things to enjoy, day and night. As a historic building, this beauty and texture also come with some compromises. "Very charming and unique hotel. Great location."

"At first glance, everything was great. Once we walked around in our room, me in white socks and my wife barefoot, we realized that the floor was filthy. "I understand the building is old! Everything was a little grubby! Sheets were clean & smelled good! Not sure it was worth the price!!"

"First room was not cleaned and ready. Second room had towels with braun markings, old towel still in bathroom and dirt (soil) around the zink."

"We had to have our room changed even before getting settled it had an alarming smell of heavy duty cleaner. The second room was ok. Emergency trip had to book what was available. Next time we will definitely pay more to have better accommodations"

"Staff was very friendly & helpful"

"Very nice and safe Holiday Inn just off I77. Highly recommended."
