The staff were no were to be found upon check-in or checkout. We had to go over to the ESSO Gas Station to check out. Further more, we stayed for 4 days. The staff only emptied the garbage and provided clean towels. They did not turn down the beds, or do a light cleaning of the room. RCMP (police) were called to deal with a major incident while we were staying at the motel. This is NOT a family motel. Save yourself time and money and stay in Red Water.
We stayed at this same Motel last and the previous owners were amazing. The rooms were cleaned and motel was staffed. We didn’t have to check in at the ESSO gas station.
We received our bill from the ESSO gas attendant we were overcharged $160 for our service dog. We asked the lady at ESSO if can talk to owners about our bill and she said that the owners weren’t in until 12:00pm. We were leaving and needed to get on the road. The lady said she had no way of contacting the owners, which was a concern. I felt terrible for this lady. The lady found a phone number and called the owner-who my husband spoke with.
