The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen and dining area that opens directly onto the terrace, pool, and barbecue area. The living room is elevated just above the kitchen to frame the stunning southern sea views. The first and second floors comprise 3 comfortable, fully air-conditioned bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a utility room. For your convenience and security, a spacious double garage is available for your vehicles.
Situated in a peaceful seaside village just 2 km west of Brna, the villa offers a quiet retreat while remaining close to the island's highlights. Vela Luka is located 22 km to the west, and the historic walled city of Korčula is 32 km to the east. The island is renowned for its local wines, olive oil production, and gastronomy. You can easily fill your days with local boat tours, fishing trips, and diving tours, or explore the numerous pathways and cycling paths spread between the historic settlements.

Guests access
Guests have complete, private access to the entire villa and all its outdoor areas. This includes your own private swimming pool, spacious sun terrace, and barbecue zone—all exclusively for your use during your stay. For secure and hassle-free parking, a spacious double garage is also provided entirely for your vehicles.

House Rules:
• Pets: We are not able to accommodate visitors with pets.
• Smoking: Please, no smoking on the inside; smoking is only permitted on the terraces.
• Quiet Hours: We kindly ask you to limit noise after 23:00, because the neighborhood is very quiet. Thank you in advance for understanding.

Beach Access & Neighborhood:
• Stairs to the sea provide access to a small rocky area designed for sunbathing and swimming, only 70m from the house.
• The best pebble beaches in the vicinity, which are highly suitable for small children, are “Prišćapac” (1.8km away) and “Prižba” (3.9km to the west).
