The home is designed for relaxed living, with ample room to come together or find quiet corners. The living room is bright and spacious, while the kitchen is equipped for cooking group meals. Bedrooms are generously sized and bathrooms are modern and convenient.

House Rules:
No smoking, parties or pets.
Please note: The heating is scheduled to run from 4pm - 9pm but can be extended. The washing machine also doubles as a dryer.

Booking Policy
- Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file.
- If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled.
- Early payment is allowed (card fees up to 3% are non-refundable if cancelled).

Cancellation Policy
- Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before arrival.
- 50% refund if cancelled 14–30 days before arrival.
- No refund if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.

Damage Deposit
Guests are not required to pay a damage deposit in advance. However, in accordance with our booking policy, we reserve the right to charge up to £200 per stay to the card on file in the event of any damage.
