Whether you are visiting Windsor Castle, heading to LEGOLAND, commuting along the M4 corridor, or simply needing a comfortable, spacious home from which to explore the region, this property delivers on every level.

    What sets this home apart is the combination of space, practicality, and location. With five individually styled bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living and dining area, a private rear garden, free on-site parking, and fast wi-fi throughout, there is genuinely everything a group needs to arrive, settle in, and feel at home from the moment they walk through the door. Entry is via a secure lockbox, meaning guests can arrive at a time that suits them without the need to arrange a key handover.

    A home to relax and unwind
    From the moment you step inside, the home feels easy and welcoming. Light wood-effect flooring runs through the ground floor, the living room opens naturally towards the kitchen and dining area, and French doors bring in natural light and connect the interior to the rear garden. The bedrooms are individually decorated with care — each one featuring its own character through feature wallpapers, framed artwork, soft furnishings, and thoughtful touches such as recliner chairs and bedside lamps — so that the property feels like a genuine home rather than a functional rental space.

    There is plenty of room for the whole group to be together or to find a quiet corner of their own. Evenings might see everyone gathered around the dining table for a home-cooked meal, relaxing on the large grey sofa with the television on, or stepping outside to the patio with a glass of wine as the garden settles into the evening.

    The layout
    The property is arranged over two floors, with the main living spaces on the ground floor and the bedrooms spread across both levels.

    Living area
    The sitting room is a comfortable, light space furnished with a large grey sofa, a leather tub chair, a round marble-top side table, and a wall-mounted television on a wooden sideboard. French doors fitted with full-length curtains connect the room to the garden, and the layout flows naturally through to the kitchen and dining area, making it easy for the whole group to move between spaces.

    Kitchen and dining
    The kitchen is well equipped for group self-catering, with cream fitted units, dark worktops and splashback, and a glazed wall cabinet housing wine glasses. Appliances include a built-in oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, hot water kettle, and toaster. Cooking basics, dishes, and silverware are all provided. A washing machine is integrated within the kitchen, and the window looks directly out to the rear patio and garden. The dining table with dark chairs seats the group comfortably for shared meals.

    Bedrooms
    The five bedrooms are individually styled and offer a range of sleeping arrangements to suit different guests within the group.

    •Bedroom two: double bed with a botanical leaf-patterned feature wall in blue and grey tones, wooden bed frame, brass bedside lamp, and red-striped bedding; two recliner chairs and framed artwork above the headboard complete the room

    •Bedroom three: double bed with a buttoned upholstered cream headboard, grey bedding, wooden bedside furniture, brass lamp, floral and sheer curtains, full-height mirrored sliding wardrobe, a leather recliner chair with footstool, and botanical-print framed wall art

    •Bedroom four: single bed with a wooden bed frame, deep-red bedding, floral curtains, a wall-mounted mirror, bedside lamp, a patterned fabric armchair, French doors admitting natural light, and a console dressing table

    •Bedroom five: single bed with grey bedding, floor-to-ceiling mirrored wardrobe doors, framed artwork, and a white panel radiator

    Bathrooms
    The property has two bathrooms. One features a walk-in shower enclosure set in stone-effect tiling, an under-sink vanity unit with storage, basin, and a frosted window with a warm-toned blind. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel are provided throughout.

    Laundry and storage
    A washing machine, drying rack, iron, hangers, and clothing storage are all available within the property.

    Outdoor space
    The private rear garden is enclosed by timber panel fencing on both sides, with a lawned area, a paved patio directly accessible from the French doors, a paving slab path, and an outbuilding at the far end. It is a pleasant, private space for sitting out.

    Parking
    Free on-site parking is available at the property via the block-paved driveway at the front. Free street parking is also available nearby.

    Slough sits at the heart of the Thames Valley, one of the most accessible and well-connected areas in the south of England. The town offers a wide range of everyday amenities within easy reach of the property, including supermarkets, restaurants, and retail options, with the town centre reachable in a short drive or bus ride.

    The area is particularly well suited to families and leisure visitors, sitting within close reach of some of the region`s most popular attractions. Windsor Castle and Windsor Great Park are approximately twenty minutes away by car, or just six minutes by train from Slough station to Windsor and Eton Central — making a day trip to one of Britain`s most iconic royal residences entirely straightforward. The historic town of Eton is equally accessible, and LEGOLAND Windsor is approximately fifteen minutes by car, making this home a natural choice for families travelling with children.

    For those travelling by air, Heathrow Airport is just fifteen to twenty minutes away by car, and is also accessible via the Elizabeth line from Slough station — a practical advantage for groups with early or late flights, or for those using the property as a base around travel.

    Commuters and business guests will appreciate the excellent rail connections. Slough station, approximately five minutes away by car or taxi, provides direct services to London Paddington in approximately eighteen minutes via GWR and the Elizabeth line. Burnham railway station is approximately fifteen minutes on foot at 0.7 miles, with onward connections to Slough and London Paddington. The property is also conveniently positioned for those working along the M4 corridor, with Slough being a key employment centre in the region.

    Booking policy
    Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.


    Cancellation policy
    Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
