The facilities are a bit worn - on the first night there was a leak from my ceiling AC and bits of the ceiling fell. The hotel gave me a new room right away, but the new room had missing amenities like towels and soap and the running water was yellow (likely due to pipe rusting). "I have stayed in hotels of many countries, this one is among the worst. Said to be 4star, but less than 3 star. Staff are ok, but spoke almost no english --- and they called it "international". Toilet smelled, room small, TV not working. Hotels.com shld review its ranking."

Our room was clean but could use a chest of drawers and more amenities (bar soap, shampoo, conditioner, hand cream and a rubber shower mat), breakfast was excellent, dinner just OK, and we felt safe in the hotel. I liked being out of the traffic and chaos of Ulaanbaatar Square which was about 20 minutes away during rush hour - a cheap cab ride. "

"Nice hotel with all facilities and shopping in the same building. Very convenient. I was there for 4 nights and was very satisfied. The room was spacious and airy on the 13th floor. Large nice bathroom and kettle with coffee and tea as well as bottled water available in the room. The bed was a bit hard I thought. I would love to return. Very helpful people at the front desk. "
