The bartenders made our trip, and showed us the warmth of the people of New Haven. Do not skip the bar! Even if you do not drink, the games are great and the food is even better. "

"Extremely clean hotel, updated facilities, directly across the street from a hospital. Parking is a bit steep but I understand why given the location. It’s a really nice hotel and I had a very nice stay. One suggestion would be for the hotel to have hot water available. The Keurigs in room don’t make plain hot water and every time I asked it seemed like a big inconvenience for the staff. Don’t understand why there wasn’t a simple carafe for people so we could help ourselves and avoid bothering...
