"What a gem!! We loved our stay and would highly recommend the Hideaway! We stayed in Cottage 1 with two young kids and it was perfect. So so clean and you can tell the high level of care that was put in. We also love the property grounds with beautiful plants and variety of fruit trees (star fruit, mangoes, coconut, etc). "It started when I arrived.They did not had any eye contact but handle me a key and said,you can your room your self.The food in the restaurant is awfull and the people working there, think you are disturbing them when you try to order. The hotel is outdated and the buildings are actually in such a bad condition that they should not been use as a hotelany more.Normally I accept things are notperfect when we talk a cheaper hotel but they actually charge you a good price so you can expect...

"We had a great stay. The properties restaurants were good and the views are amazing! We didn’t like the check out process because our bill was waaaay wrong, but the hotel was very accommodating to get everything corrected. Also didn’t like that you have to use their valet services as self parking wasn’t guaranteed and we had a rental car. "
