"This is a very unique B&B. I loved the grounds. It was very peaceful and staff was very helpful and down to earth. They have lots of farm animals which I thought was a neat touch to see them. The breakfast was delicious. We stayed in the Texas Oil Boom Room which was nice, had its on bathroom, and bed was super comfortable. "

The lady who checked us in was friendly and knowledgeable; the lady at the desk in the morning was friendly but couldn’t recommend any sites or museums which is kind of a requirement if you work at the front desk. Luckily there was an amazing Visitors Center in town and their staff helped us out."

"Staff was very friendly. Property is well maintained. Room with king bed was roomy. The breakfast had very good variety. The lady overseeing the breakfast was attentive and really took pride in her job.

I didn't wake up early enough for breakfast, but I'm sure it's like every other Hampton. The area where the hotel is situated is far enough away to avoid a lot of people but close enough to mingle with people if you so choose. This will be my go to spot whenever I'm in town. "
