On the edge of the forest of the Massif du Cap Sicié, we invite you to relax and rest in the middle of the Pine Forest. Enjoy an outdoor balneotherapy area "under the fig tree". Simple and friendly, the house is ideally located a few kilometers from the beaches and at the start of many hiking trails that crisscross the magnificent forest of pines and cork oaks that surround the house. You will be able to enjoy the tranquility of this typical Provençal place in complete serenity.PGJyPg
OUTDOOR SPACES TO ENJOY 100% OF THE MEDITERRANEAN CLIMATE:
We have set up different outdoor spaces:
• An outdoor spa area with a large 2-seater bathtub, 6 hydro-massage jets, led spotlight and its shaded terrace "under the fig tree".
• A lounge area with 2 large outdoor beds, coffee table, rugs, cushions and 2 deck chairs,
• An outdoor kitchen area with plancha, outdoor sink and storage,
• A dining area under the trellis with a large shade sail (4-seater table).
• Nature surrounds your cottage: a bed of Mediterranean and aromatic plants, succulents, pine forest.

A SIMPLE AND COMFORTABLE HOUSE:
The cottage has a surface area of 42m2. It consists of a living room with a kitchen area, a dining area and a living room composed of 2 single beds that can be pushed together to create a 160 bed (without demarcation). The bathroom (shower + sink + toilet) and the master bedroom (160 bed) are located on either side of the central room. A small outdoor laundry room allows you to clean your laundry if necessary.

A SNORKELING & PADDLE EXCURSION TO ENHANCE YOUR STAY:
To complete your stay, you can benefit from specific rates on the catamaran snorkeling excursions that we offer via our Destination BLEU structure from the small port of Brusc to the Embiez Archipelago. Information and booking directly by phone when you make your reservation.

PARKING
A parking lot for your car is located a few meters from the cottage.

RECEPTION:
When you arrive, we usually welcome you personally. There is also a key box for a peaceful arrival.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE:

o "Household" kit:
It consists of: dishwashing liquid, household alcohol spray, 1 large garbage bag, 1 small garbage bag, 1 sponge, a microfiber, 1 roll of toilet paper, 2 mosquito repellent sockets with 2 refill pads, 1 outdoor mosquito repellent coil.

o Self-service food products:
Basic food products are available to facilitate your arrival: rice, pasta, tomato sauce, sugar, tea, coffee filter, salt, pepper. Please replace by equivalence what you consume for the following tenants.

o Internet & TV:
WIFI and TV Internet fees are included in the rental (codes in the welcome booklet).

WHAT IS IN COMPULSORY SUPPLEMENT:

Cleaning fee:PGJyPg
Cleaning fee is mandatory. This ensures a high level of cleanliness of the gîte.
They are:
- 60€ for a stay of 3 nights or more
- 30€ for a stay of 1 to 2 nights

The property will be delivered clean, dishes done, wiped and put away.
These cleaning packages do not provide for the storage of your dishes before your departure. We also ask you to throw away your rubbish and clean the plancha plate if you have used it.

o The tourist tax:
It is 2.21€ per adult per night. It will be due on your arrival and collected by us.


3 - OPTIONAL ADDITIONAL COSTS:

o Balneotherapy fees:

The option is 30€ for a balneotherapy.
If you wish to do several balneotherapy during your weekly stay, the option to clean and fill the outdoor bathtub is set at 30€.

The balneotherapy package includes:
- 1 filling of the bathtub
- 1 towel per person
- 1 chlorine pebble if you want to keep the water in the bathtub for several days.
- 1 essential oil to put in your bathtub

Note: The outdoor bathtub is not a jacuzzi. It is completely emptied and cleaned by us after each use. The temperature of the bathtub water can be warm or cool. The water heating system only maintains the water temperature, which is why we advise you to take the option if the weather is good.

When you arrive (or before), you will tell us if you want to book this option and when you want the outdoor whirlpool bath to be prepared by us.

Rules for the whirlpool area:
-In the whirlpool area, we ask young and old to take off their shoes for your comfort and to preserve the place and the enamel of the bath.
- Children must be accompanied and supervised during swimming.
- it is forbidden to jump into the bathtub, to fill or empty the whirlpool yourself, to press the jet or light control panel unexpectedly.
Note: Any damage to the whirlpool bath or its taps will be charged. Careful care will be taken with the inventory of fixtures leaving this area before your departure.

o "Romantic balneotherapy" option:

You can choose the romantic balneotherapy option in the summer period with preparation of the balneotherapy on your arrival: lotus flower, candles and outdoor lights, bubble bath.
Option: 25€.

Extra person:PGJyPg
In case of the presence of an additional occupant ( + 4 people), an additional 15€ per night will be requested from the tenant. An extra mattress and the corresponding sheets will be provided. The maximum number of additional occupants is 1, for a total of 5 maximum occupants. We have a foldable cot for children that we make available to you.

o Damage and additional cleaning costs:

- In case of minor damage, we invite you to replace what you have broken.
- Please report any damage to us in order to be charged extra.
- If the cottage is made too dirty, additional cleaning fees may be applied (dishes not done and tidied up for example).

o Concerning the washing machine:
We make it available but ask you not to do more than 2 laundries per week or 1 laundry for stays of less than 3 nights. Detergent and fabric softener are not included in the rental price.

A CHARCUTERIE/RAW CHEESE PLATTER FOR YOUR ARRIVAL?
We can offer you a delicious aperitif or dinner platter for your arrival.
It consists of The platter includes 3 Italian cheeses, 4 cold cuts, croutons, 5 raw vegetables, anchovy, hummus, crackers and wazabi coatings + 1 glass of rosé or soda. You can take it either as a dinner (1 for 2 people), or as an aperitif (1 platter for 4 people). It is at the rate of 20€/person. Minimum 2 people. it is advisable to order it 72 hours before your arrival.

INVENTORY OF FIXTURES AND COMPLETE LIST OF AVAILABLE EQUIPMENT:
- A list of all the equipment available in the cottage is on request.
- An incoming inventory of fixtures will be given to you on arrival. You will have 2 hours to contest it and inform us of any problems. After which, it will be considered accepted. An outgoing inventory of fixtures will be drawn up before your departure.
- Our welcome booklet with our good addresses and a "guide to the house" can be consulted during your stay.
- Our rental contract includes all the elements mentioned in the ad as well as the booking conditions.
