Υπέροχο και άνετο σπίτι, σε καταπληκτική τοποθεσία, χώροι φτιαγμένοι με γούστο και μεράκι. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα. Οι οικοδεσπότες ευχάριστοι κι ευγενικοί. Σίγουρα θα το ξανά επισκεφτούμε !!

Welcome to Villa Avista in Vourvourou. A cozy residence built in the ideal position of the area, surrounded by olive and fruit trees. It is just 125 meters from the sea, with panoramic view to the five small islands of Vourvourou and to the mountain. The house, on two levels, total area 130 sq.m., is fully equipped and offers elegant furnishings and decor, satisfying the most discerning guest.
The space
With your entrance to the house you have a beautiful view from the spacious high-ceilinged lounge where there is a three-foot sofa, 2 stools, a satellite TV and a dining room. The lounge as well as the third room and the kitchen have access to two large verandas. At the front facing the sea there are 2 large wooden chairs, a small table, a barbecue, a barbeque and a large marble table, where visitors can enjoy their meals. The back veranda has large pots of flowers, ping-pong, ,and an outdoor shower. Another outdoor shower is 5 meters away with warm water. On the ground floor there is a room with access to the verandas, it has 2 single beds 1 sofa that you can make a sofa bed, an alcantar, and a fireplace. fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary amenities you may need in order to have a comfortable stay.In the kitchen area there is a small table while the balconies front and back there are tables respectively.Water in the ground floor there is a WC.In the upper floor under There are 2 bedrooms with two beds. There is no space to place in each of them a playpen. Each room has 2 balconies with sea and sea view. There is also a toilet with a shower. Apart from the two air conditioning units, there are two ceiling fans that create a natural feeling of coolness.

Visitors and especially children can enjoy the villa's garden where there is a 5x5 football club, swings, baskets, and there are 5 bikes for touring in the area.2 A monotheism, a disco-to discover the beautiful beaches in the area. All these like Wi-fi are free.
