On the entry level, a spacious open-plan layout connects the living room, dining space and kitchen, where sliding glass doors frame the shimmering pool and lead onto the terrace. Outside, the swimming pool with water jets offers a refreshing escape, framed by loungers and a shaded al fresco dining area that seats twelve.

Villa Giovanna I is located in residential area of Vallpineda, in the hills above Sitges, offering the perfect balance of peace and proximity. A 25-minute stroll downhill takes you into the buzzing heart of Sitges, where golden sands, stylish beach bars, and winding streets lined with boutiques and cafés await. The area is well served by several excellent restaurants and family-run tapas spots within walking distance, along with tennis courts, two public pools, a gym and other sports facilities.


Sitges itself is known for its artistic heritage, laid-back charm, and sun-drenched microclimate that keeps things warm and welcoming nearly all year round. Once a fishing village turned bohemian escape, the town still pulses with creative energy from festivals to galleries, and provides a picturesque backdrop for beach days, wine tasting, and exploring the lush Garraf Natural Park.

The Property is supplied with 1 set of bed linen and towels per guest (1 shower and 1 hand towel and where applicable 1 pool towel) at no additional charge, unless otherwise specified. Additional changes may be requested at the following rates:

- €15 per single bed set;

- €25 per double bed set;

- €10 per towel set;

A one-off service/transport fee of €25 applies. 

Requests for additional linen or towels will be delivered the following day, subject to availability. Please note that extra linen will be delivered, but beds will not be changed. If guests wish to have the linen changed, a minimum of 3 hours of cleaning service must be booked.

On request only and with prior agreement with the owner. If accepted, a pet supplement of €50 per pet will apply, payable with the balance payment.

Please note that this property is only available for a maximum of 10 adults and 2 children. There are two wall-hung beds available for children in one of the bedrooms on the first floor.



1 travel cot and 1 high chair are provided free of charge, subject to availability and provided the request is made at least 48 hours prior to arrival.



Additional travel cots, high-chairs, and cot mattress toppers may be rented upon request, subject to availability, at the following fees:
