  • We are offering a dream villa with direct access to the lake in Sisikon, directly on Lake Lucerne with an idyllic panoramic view of the lake and mountains. You have an unobstructed view of the mountain landscape and the lake. A private bathing area on the lake with bathing ladder is available for your use. The house is fully furnished and modernly equipped. All you need to do is bring your suitcases. On the ground floor is the living area with kitchen, conservatory and guest WC. Direct access to the private garden, from which you also have direct access to the sunbathing lawn by the lake. The garden is equipped with a dining table and sun loungers, parasol and barbecue. It is also possible to book the villa for 1-4 people with reduced space. Depending on the number of people or your individual needs, the available space can be customised and individual bedrooms and bathrooms can be booked. When booking for 1-2 people, you will receive a bedroom with en suite bathroom and separate guest WC as standard. For 3-4 people, a second bedroom and a second bathroom. For an additional charge, a third bedroom can also be booked according to your requirements.

In summer, the stage and holiday resort of Sisikon is particularly popular with kitesurfers, as the fjord-like Lake Uri offers the best wind conditions. Golf enthusiasts also get their money's worth at the 9-hole Axenstein Golf Club in Morschach, 6 kilometres away, from mid-March. Those looking for an 18-hole, par 72 championship golf course will find what they are looking for in Andermatt, 35 minutes away by car. Pack your rucksack, lace up your hiking boots and discover the 1500 kilometres of hiking trails in the canton of Uri. Cross famous Alpine passes, hike along a high-altitude trail with a fantastic panorama or master challenging tours in the high mountains. There are 35 kilometres of hiking trails around Lake Uri. A special experience is the nostalgic Rigi trip on the steam locomotive! In winter, you can experience great and unforgettable days of skiing in the nearby ski paradise of Morschach-Stoos or in the largest ski area in Central Switzerland, the Andermatt-Sedrun Ski Arena with more than 120 kilometres of pistes and 24 lifts. Groomed cross-country ski trails, toboggan runs, winter hikes and snowshoe trails provide the perfect backdrop for other winter activities, while a day trip to the Swiss Holiday Park Morschach is ideal in bad weather. It is the largest leisure park in Switzerland with a swimming area, water slide, wellness and sports facilities such as bowling, indoor climbing, badminton, squash, billiards, fitness centre and much more.Cafés, restaurants and shops can be found in the immediate vicinity of Sisikon.
