The apartment welcomes guests with a spacious and bright living room equipped with a double sofa bed, dining table with chairs, flat-screen TV and fully equipped kitchen. The living room overlooks a private balcony furnished with a small table and chairs. The sleeping area consists of the master bedroom equipped with a comfortable double bed, wardrobe and a private balcony with a view of the swimming pool, and a second bedroom completely new and modernised with two single beds (one and a half places) and wardrobe. The layout of this apartment is completed by the bathroom with bathtub, sink, bidet, WC and washing machine.

*The swimming pool at the Residence is available from 15 May to 30 September, from 9 am to 8 pm. The use of a swimming cap is required.

The pearl of Lake Garda is what the marvellous city of Sirmione is nicknamed. Starting from the city's historic walls, you begin to discover its beauty with a visit to the Scaliger Castle and its Darsena. Next to the Castle begins the panoramic road that runs along Lake Garda, which offers truly unforgettable views. For cycling enthusiasts, it is possible to take part in an itinerary discovering Lugana Wine whilst pedalling through the vineyards. Surrounded by the plants of a suggestive park, the thermal centre offers everything needed to regenerate and find serenity and wellbeing, thanks to the curative sulphurous waters that flow hot from the bottom of the lake. Also not to be missed are Villa Callas, a residence that hosts musical events and the marvellous beaches such as Lido delle Bionde or Jamaica beach.



The apartment is easily accessible from the nearby Verona airport, which is only 20 minutes away by car.
