"Our first time staying on this side of town. Area is nice. Enjoyed the hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Had a view of the falls with balcony. Great service at their bar and enjoyed some Arancini with ice cold beverages before heading over to Ironwood for an enjoyable dinner with a nice view. Would definitely stay again, as most importantly, the staff was nice to my dog!"

"They really helped us in a time of need. The staff were always so quick to accommodate our needs and requests. Thank you for your empathy in our difficult circumstance! It made having a place outside the hospital a refuge to get refreshed to go back to what we needed to do."

"I love my stay. Its connected to the Airport. So you know there is no parking at the Hotel so you have to park at the Airport parking that is $12 a day. If you come in after 9pm there is know where to eat. all food is about 15 min away.

"A very well kept Victorian house in Sioux Falls SD. Close to alot of attractions and history. We visited the Home and museum of South Dakota's first Senator. It was next door. The Washington High School Building Which is now a pravilion with Science Center , Art Museum, Concert Theater and planetarium.A must see. Lots. Fine dining, artwork shopping.And of course fFalls Park.

I went back to the front desk, told her my concerns and she spoke to the manager. the manager showed me a different room and then went above and beyond to make sure all of my needs were meant. I would not have stayed had it not been for her! She was fantastic! It just goes to show that if you take a positive approach with management and give them a chance to resolve the issues you have, you just might be...
