Ocean Suite 25 is the penthouse of the Blue Emerald building, directly on the beach at the Blue Bay Beach & Golf Resort, with wide views over the Caribbean Sea.

It is a spacious 3-bedroom apartment, fully equipped for 6 guests.

The beach is right in front of the building, and entrance to the beach and the use of the beach chairs is included in your stay.

The Blue Bay Beach & Golf Resort is gated, safe and very well-maintained, with a beautiful 18-hole golf course, a swimming pool, a diving school, a playground and several restaurants on and around the beach.

The space

Ocean Suite 25 is the top-floor penthouse and has 3 bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, an open kitchen, a living room and a large balcony.

The apartment is fully furnished with high quality furniture.

There is air conditioning in the bedrooms and in the living room/kitchen.

The kitchen is equipped with: a dishwasher, a combination oven/microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster and a blender.

The balcony has a dining table and a lounge area, and looks straight out over the sea. Being on the top floor, it is the best view in the building.

There is a washing machine and a dryer.

There is a sound system in the apartment.

A hairdryer and a safe are available, and there is plenty of closet space.

Bath and beach towels are ready for you on arrival, and during the weekly cleaning you receive fresh bedding and clean hand and beach towels.

There is an elevator in the building, and free parking at the entrance.

Guest access

The Penthouse is entirely yours. We are available whenever you have a question or in case of an emergency.

Other things to note

- Entrance to the beach and the use of the beach chairs on the Blue Bay main beach is included

- The beds and palapas on the pier are for rent through restaurant Brass Boer

- Bath and beach towels, bedlinen and kitchen linen are there for you

- With a stay of 7 nights or more there is a stay-over cleaning with a change of (beach) towels and bed linen

- There is high speed WIFI

- There is hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash

- A smart TV with an Amazon Fire Stick in the living room

- There is a washing machine and a dryer

- The use of 1 m3 water and 50 kWh electricity per day is included. That is average use. In case you use more, we must charge you the local rates of € 8 per m3 water and € 0.45 per kWh for the extra use.

Please be wise with the air conditioners (shut them off when you leave the bedroom/condo), they use a lot of electricity. When you do that, you won't go over the free use!

- All the contacts are 220V and European. But we will put adapters for you! When you have some, please bring them, then for sure you will have enough.

- When you need a baby bed or a highchair, please let us know and we make sure it's there when you arrive. The price is € 30 for your whole stay.

- Smoking is not allowed

- Pets are not allowed
