The apartment is a single-level space featuring two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a large storage room. The bright living room invites you to unwind on the sofa or enjoy a game at the dining table, with a high chair available for little ones. Pets are also welcome (up to two).

The kitchen is fully equipped with a combination microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, and filter coffee maker. There's also a small bar for added convenience. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and sink. Both bedrooms have double beds (160x200 cm), bedside tables, and wardrobes, with one bedroom also featuring a TV. A foldable baby cot (60x120 cm) is provided as well. In the mornings, step directly from your bedroom onto the balcony and enjoy the serene water views.

Located on the first floor, the apartment offers two balconies, each with a stunning view. The larger terrace, equipped with a dining table and sun loungers, overlooks the marina, while the second balcony offers a view of the Scheldt. Apartment 4 includes one parking space, with additional free parking available at the start of Havenweg. If you're arriving by bike, you can store it on the ground floor, where the storage room also has an outlet.

From the apartment, you'll enjoy a stunning view of the water, where the blend of sandy shores, salty sea breeze, and abundant sunshine offer a unique experience of Zeeland’s natural beauty. The area around the apartment is perfect for indulging in water sports, as well as exploring scenic walking and cycling routes. For a memorable day out, you can take your bike on the ferry to Zierikzee, or head to the charming center of Sint-Annaland. There, you'll find a variety of restaurants and shops to explore, adding both adventure and relaxation to your stay.

Arrival is possible daily, except on Sundays. Weekly rentals apply during holiday periods.Payment must be made in advance.Check-in is available from 4 p.m., and on departure day, the house must be vacated by 9:30 a.m., with the key returned to the designated collection point.Baby cots, if available, do not include bed linen, so please bring your own.In most cases, bed linen and towels are provided. You can check your booking to confirm this.Overnight visitors must be registered and can only stay after receiving approval.
