"These guys know what they're doing. Absolutely amazing communication immediately after booking. They send you all the details. And tell you to update them when you're on your way. So if you're lost they will help you find the way. The interior design, the lighting, the quality and finishing, the marble used. You would think you are at a 5 star hotel. But the prices are waaaaay more attainble and what you're pay for. You are getting a bargain. Just the quality of toilet paper they're using...

"We stayed 2 nights at Hilton Kota Kinabalu. We have been very satisfied with the stay. The staff has been extremely friendly and helpful. The Hotel is located in city center close to local market (Filipino and Wet market) and to Waterfront. At 12 floor you find a great swimmingpool and the rooftop bar. "Fantastic sea facing, penthouse unit very close to the airport. I'm fact the infinity pool faces the runway. Superb noise insulation hence no noise of the flights taking off or landing. Convenient location for tours and couple of nice eateries nearby. Very courteous staff too👍"

"The location is GREAT! Cool to be among the jungle animals and at the wonderful beach. BUT! this 5 star hotel doesnt manage to get the basics straight. Dirty bathroom, mosquito nets broken, rusty things in the bathroom, food at dinner bad & cold and very expensive for Asian food and especially of that quality!, no toilet paper holder in the toilets, no light in the public toilets etc. They want to unfold your napkin at dinner, but the napkin ends up having been used before, is not ironed......
