"Our stay at Araliya Green City was amazing. We received a traditional welcome (lighting of Oil lamp, garland) Our room ws sòoooooo spacious. It had 4 washrooms, 3 fire places, 2 massive king size beds, living room, dining room, fully functional kitchen with 5 appliances. Washer and dryer. It had the best view. Special Thanks to Thiyagu at the front office who treated us like family. The General Manager - Dinesh pays attention to every details.."

Apart from the fact that the rooms are amazing (we could have had a party for 30 in our room), the thing that really made it for us was the attitude of the staff. They were attentive and friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Do try to fit in a tour of the tea plantations and waterfalls. The scenery will blow your mind! "

De endte med at give os et værelse, men det tog os 2 timer med telefonopkald frem og tilbage. Poolen var mindre end værelset. Mange kinesere og saudi arabere. Sengen var ikke komfortabel. Totalt ucharmerende restaurant. Det var alt alt for dyrt ifht stedets kvalitet!"

"The staff were kind and attentive to our queries and requests. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Excellent food. I would recommend the Sri Lankan breakfast over the English breakfast, though. Fresh coconut sambol was magnificent! Wonderful and charming ambiance in the dining room and a smashing little pub (though they didn't have Guinness which I had to go to the Grand Hotel for). The little garden is a lovely spot to sip a cup of tea in the sunshine."

The bungalow is tastefully decorated and had a lovely fire in the living room. The bedrooms were cosy and warm and bathroom spotlessly clean. Sanath was wonderful, a very pleasant and unassuming person. He was very attentive, kind and helpful. He helped my 87 year old father navigate the steps down to the hotel. We really appreciated his concern.
