"I had coordinated for a transport from the airport but was told once I arrived that they could not accommodate us. We had to get a taxi that dropped us over half a mile from the hotel. My wife was not happy as we had to walk down a dark street with all of our luggage. The next day my daughter had come to visit and she was going to change in our room to go on a snorkeling trip. "The hotel is not suitable for families with children but rather caters to an adult audience. The service level was poor and the staff were unprofessional. At check-in the reception tried to charge us extra, fictitious costs. These experiences led to a very negative stay. We strongly advise against booking this hotel if you are travelling with children.
