"This was our 3. stay and it has totally CHANGED. We got a room smelling so bad of smoking and no excuse. The location is FANTASTIC by the beach and the smiling girl at the restaurant at night are wonderful. But the staff manager she is full of stories. We bought friends from Europe this time and they were treated so bad-like running after them at the beach with the bill for drinks they already had payed to another waiter. We paid a bill and and then they charged the same bill with our friends...

"The property is in a great location. Within walking distance to alot of restaurants and shopping. We also walked to Maho Beach and Mullet Bay Beach, both breathtaking! Kaya shared fresh fruit and juice with us and was very welcoming. We enjoyed the sunset over the ocean from our back patio each night. We will definitely be back. "

"We had a great stay. Noah and Dwayne were great to work with. They were quick to respond to any questions we had or help we needed.
