The Penthouse at LaSiesta Stunning views in luxurious surroundings!

Welcome to The Penthouse At La Siesta, a luxurious 2,280 sq.ft. condominium located directly on the sugary white sands and turquoise waters of Simpson Bay Beach. This Caribbean gem offers deluxe accommodations complete with serene ocean views, gentle lapping waves, and an unspoiled tropical setting. Situated at the center of Simpson Bay and in close proximity to St. Maarten's abundant nightlife, shopping, and world-class dining... much within walking distance.

Our building now has a brand-new elevator and a new generator, both recently installed.

The Penthouse at La Siesta includes 3 handsomely appointed bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms. One master suite overlooks the crystal clear waters below and opens directly onto the large covered balcony via double sliding glass doors. The second master suite and guest suite include private balconies, both with a view of the Simpson Bay Lagoon, full bathrooms and flat screen TVs.

The Penthouse features a large upgraded kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and everything needed to prepare a dinner party for the most discerning guest. Enjoy ocean views while preparing meals or relaxing in the very spacious great room. The great room is upgraded with surround sound and a 56-inch plasma TV with Apple TV included. Our spacious deck offers comfy outdoor furniture for spectacular views of the setting sun and of the mega yachts anchored directly in front.

The La Siesta Residence is comprised of 13 oceanfront units directly on Simpson Bay Beach. The Penthouse is unit A10 perched on the top floor of building A. Guests of the La Siesta Residence enjoy exclusive use of the beachfront pool, outdoor stone shower and lounge area at the back of the residence.

Simpson Bay Beach is a secluded 2 mile stretch of pristine Caribbean paradise, perfect for morning walks, swimming, snorkeling, and romantic evening sunsets.

Your vacation at The Penthouse at La Siesta will allow you to discover all that St. Maarten has to offer, while providing all the conveniences and comforts of a luxury resort.

UPDATE: Entire interior of the condo was recently painted and updated with new artwork, new outdoor furniture on patios, new 4 inch mattress toppers on each bed, new towels and linens, tiffany lamps, and lighted vanity mirrors in every bathroom. STARLINK was just installed for faster and reliable internet and wifi - all the way out to the pool area!! Enjoy

Everything was great EXCEPT we were never told of the construction happening next door. From sunrise to sunset there was very loud banging just feet away from both bedrooms. Wish we would have known about this before booking because it did affect our stay and ability to relax on our vacation. Once this is completed the property will be a perfect place to stay in SXM.

Fabelhafter Aufenthalt in einer luxuriösen Ferienwohnung

Sehr gute Anleitung für Check in und out, sehr hochwertig ausgestattet, Riesen Balkon mit einer herrlich Aussicht auf die Bucht und Insel Saba. Viele Details der Wohnung haben uns sehr gefallen, ideal für 6 Personen 3 Schlafzimmer, 3 Bäder. Sehr sicher mit netten Security, direktem Zugang zu Pool und Strand.

I can't even begin to say how happy we were with this property! The condo was absolutly beautiful and the views were just breathtaking. Pictures did not even capture the beauty! The owner Sharon quickly responded to all my questions. We will definitely go back and i highly recommend this rental!

Beautiful Accommodations, Beautiful Views, Close to Everything

First time back since 3/16, and couldn’t have chosen a better location. Sharon provided great information from the time of our booking until after checkout. We really appreciated her comments. The bedrooms were very spacious, and as indicated nice views, one with beach views, the other with bay and Mountain View. The condo is well equipped with everything one needs, fridge and cabinets full of condiments one usually has to go shopping for. Simpson Bay Beach is a very nice beach, very swimmable with a couple beach bars/restaurants north, and a new bar/restaurant south, all very walkable. Anyway, we’re ready to book for next year, we just need to wait for the airlines schedules⛱️😁

Stunning Views

We loved staying at the penthouse. It was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The views out of the master bedroom and livingroom were stunning. We loved watching the kattamarans, yachts, and cruise ships from our covered deck.

We enjoyed staying here. Communication with host was great! Very clean and close to everything in Simpson Bay. Only issue we had was water pressure so only one person at a time was able to shower. The host tried what they could to fix the problem. Great place to stay with the family!!

Excellent property with stunning views!

We were definitely pleased with this amazing property! The views of Simpson Bay sold the condo, but the rental itself is just beautiful! Everything you may need is provided - all linens and paper goods, plenty of cookware and even spices. The condo is beautifully furnished. The owner was prompt to respond when I had questions, and as a bonus, there is a security guard on site. I definitely recommend this property in a great location.

Memorable

The penthouse at La Siesta was even better than described in the listing. The location is incredible. We did rent a car to see more of the island but every need is within walking distance. The views from every room are breathtaking. We were a family of 8. Everyone had their own space and we enjoyed the vast common space. We will miss early morning coffee and bay views on the beautiful balcony as well as early evening sunsets. The penthouse was spotless when we arrived. Thank you Marcia for the midweek “refresh”! We had planned most dinners out but could have easily made home meals as the kitchen is equipped with everything needed. There is an added bonus of beach towels, toys and even snorkeling equipment. We all felt right at home. This could not have been a more welcoming and comfortable stay.

Spectacular Views and exceptional accommodations

We planned a "girls week" to SXM and everything exceeded our expectations. Sharon was very responsive to our questions and requests. The Villa was perfect in every way, location, views, comfort etc. Highly recommend staying here. We will be back!

This property is beyond amazing. The views from each bedroom are spectacular. From the mountains to the beautiful blue waters of the sea every corner of this condo is unforgettable. Our family of five so enjoyed this vacation. The location of the condo on the island of Saint Martin is perfect. We did rent a car for the duration of our trip - which I highly recommend! The close proximity to the airport is perfect! The pool and the beach area were beautiful. The bar and the kitchen were just perfect. Beach towels, a small cooler, snorkel gear and floats were so nice to have! It’s just the perfect home away from home! Beyond amazing! We will be back!!

Penthouse At La Siesta IS A 10 Plus ! ( 5/ 22 )

If your looking for a vacation condo on Sint Marrten , LOOK NO FURTHER !!! The Penthouse at La Siesta is Absolutely Remarkable Our family of 4 adults ,which spent 14 days had the greatest time here . The Views from the Huge Balcony ( which has a Weber Gas Grill ) are Incredible ! The Sunsets are Spectacular . The VRBO photos do not do this condo Justice ! This place is HUGE !! Plus it has a PRIVATE POOL ! Sharon Willis ( the owner ) answered every question we had with in a matter of MINUTES ! The Only down side to the Building Property was that the Elevator needs some Maintenance as it did not work all the time .. Other then that I would give this condo a 10 + Thank You Mike & Sharon for a Wonderful Vacation Greg & Annie , Toni , Jackie

Fantastic!

Everything was perfect. Everyone in the family, including 3 kids (8,5, and 1) and my parents (75+), enjoyed our 10 day stay. The apartment had everything we needed. Location is great, the neighborhood feels very safe, and the views are stunning. Even in April (spring break) we had the pool almost exclusively to ourselves. Sharon responded very quickly to all our questions and had great recommendation for us. The ocean floor right in front is a bit rough, but you can walk literally one minute to your right where everything is perfect. The airport nearby is not an issue at all. There are no flights before 8am or after 8pm and it's fun to watch the planes for both kids and adults.

Wonderful Stay on the Island!

First of all, Sharon was a gem to work with. She sent emails, a welcome packet in the mail, and answered all of my questions for our first trip to the island. The condo was clean and very stocked and the views were stunning!! It was very helpful to have the property cleaned mid-week, as the sand got overwhelming quickly (this happens with 4 kids!). We also really appreciated the ample stock of beach towels and beach gear (sand toys, snorkel gear, etc). The pool area was fantastic and never crowded. As for the beach, the area adjacent to the condo didn't offer much, as the waves came up to the seawall. We needed to walk a bit farther down the beach to have space to lay. We often walked down to Mary's Boon for their chairs, food/drinks, and overall good vibe. The Simpson Bay area had more than everything that we needed and the Penthouse at La Siesta was lovely! I highly recommend!

La Siesta is awesome

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at La Siesta. Look no further, this is where you want to stay in St Maarten. The location is perfect, Simpson Bay is a great beach and you are right on it with breathtaking views + a pool. The accommodations are everything you could ask for; very clean, well stocked kitchen for any meals in, and beach toys for kids. The owners are very helpful and accommodating. Make this your “home base” for your stay in St Maarten, explore the island...you will love it.

A vacation to remember.

The penthouse apartment was great. It was supplied with everything we needed and more. On the back deck they even had toys and snorkel items that came in real handy. We had a party of 6, 4 adults and 2 children. The apartment was perfect. We felt more as guest then tenants. Thank you so much for a wonderful trip. We will be back.
