  • The Meerlust apartment, with its stunning sea views, is situated right on the seafront promenade in Armação de Pêra and was modernised in 2026.

    This apartment is on the top floor, the 7th storey (2 lifts available), and from your balcony, living room and bedroom you’ll enjoy a magnificent panoramic sea view. From your large balcony, you can enjoy the Algarve’s spectacular sunrises and sunsets. The balcony features an electric awning, sun loungers and a seating area with a table. Naturally, an electric barbecue is also available for your use.

    The flat features satellite TV (German and international channels) and Meo TV (over 100 Portuguese channels, with some series and films available in the original English) along with high-speed fibre-optic internet.

    The rooms are air-conditioned. A garage in the building is also available free of charge.

    The flat comprises 2 bedrooms (one with an en-suite bathroom), 1 well-equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a large balcony.

    The flat accommodates up to 4 people. Pets by arrangement.

Stunning views

The apartment is wonderful . It is very clean and has stunning views of the beach . It is also very central to shops and restaurants. We had a wonderful time staying here and would recommend it.

Férias repousantes

Em tempos de pandemia, é uma excelente escolha. Está na praia, permite ir a banhos e voltar para casa sem a confusão do espaço na areia.

Great location to explore the Algarve

Perfect. The Condo is great, views over the beach and towards the cliffs. Wonderful sunsets and sunrises. Being on the 7th floor was also great as you are away from most of the noise from below. We used this a a base for exploring the region and it was perfect. Easy access to the freeway and all point East, West and North. The weather was perfect as well.

Five Night Highlight

Armação de Pêra seems to be an oft overlooked location on the Algarve, but having a top floor apartment with a balcony (that you can actually lounge on) overlooking a golden sand beach was nothing short of amazing. There is a Lidl within walking distance if you want to take advantage of the well equipped kitchen. Parking included. Quiet building. The apartment kept cool in May; we seldom used the A/C. The host was very quick in responding to inquiries, whether call or text. 10/10 recommend.

Très bel endroit et bien situé, nous recommandons !

Nous avons apprécié l’emplacement, la vue exceptionnelle, les commodités de l’appartement. Excellente pizzeria au Rez de chaussée. Il y a un stationnement souterrain de fournit. Merci Karin.
