Villa Las Salinas is a spacious holiday home in Armação de Pêra, perfect for families and groups seeking luxury and comfort. With 5 bedrooms, heated pool, jacuzzi, and extensive outdoor spaces, this villa is a true relaxation retreat.



Located in a tranquil area, it offers easy access to the stunning Algarve coast. On the ground floor, the open-plan kitchen, living and dining areas receive natural light. This floor includes a double room, a triple room (double and single bed), a triple suite (double bed, single bed, and private bathroom) and a common bathroom.



On the upper floor, there are two suites: one double and one master, with a king-size bed, private bathroom, and sea view balcony.



The exterior is an invitation to leisure, with garden, Balinese bed, and equipped barbecue area. For the more active, there is a beach volleyball/tennis court. The highlight is the covered heated pool and jacuzzi (optional extras).



With free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and private parking, Villa Las Salinas accommodates up to 12 people, with 2 extra beds available.

Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.





The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). 



Group deposit: € 175 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 12 guests.

From the 13th to the 14th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.



In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
