The custom kitchen creates a vibrant atmosphere for preparing and enjoying meals, comprising everything you need for you and your guests, and a grill is also situated on the rear patio.

The upper level has 2 king beds, 2.5 bathrooms and a large, well-lit kitchen/dining/living area, while the lower sports a laundry room, media/rec room, 1 queen bedroom and a bunk room complete with 4 custom-designed bunk beds, along with a further bathroom. Memory foam mattresses throughout ensure the utmost in comfort. TVs are situated in both upper and lower living rooms, allowing parties to enjoy separate viewing priorities!

The exterior is where this home really shines; a large secluded rear patio with outdoor fireplace gives ample seating for you and your guests, and a new private hot tub under the stars is something not to be missed!
Winter visitors are spoiled for choice with Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and Loveland ski areas all sitting within ~20 miles of Summit Sky Ranch, along with options for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and many other activities.

Guests have full use of the home, garage and outdoor spaces.

Summit Sky Ranch boasts world-class recreational amenities, including a trail network for homeowners and visitors, multiple clubhouses, a lake for summer fun and so much more. Guests are able to organize access to multiple pools, community hot tubs, exercise facilities, fire pits and recreational activities through Summit Sky Ranch as desired (guests will need to register for their own key fobs/access cards to access clubhouse/pool/fitness center/community hot tubs)

We are not allowing pets at this time.
Ample parking for 3-4 vehicles, using large heated 2 car garage and driveway.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
