Our central location makes traveling around the county incredibly smooth, but it does mean that traffic noise from the main road can be heard while relaxing on the patio. Additionally, while the crisp alpine air and ground-floor positioning keep the indoor temperature comfortable, please note the condo does not have traditional air conditioning. Finally, the building directly behind our unit is in its final stages of construction. This results in minor construction dust and debris in the outdoor entryway. While we sweep this area regularly, keeping it completely clear is an ongoing battle.
