Slow down and enjoy the clean, crisp mountain air from the front or back porch, and keep an eye out for passing moose, elk, and deer. The peaceful, 1/4-acre lot backs up to open space, and offers the perfect spot for the kids and family dog to play. When you’re ready to explore, several trailheads start less than a mile away, and the Frisco Marina is around six miles away if you want to explore the Dillon Reservoir by boat. Wintertime visitors will be spoiled for choice, with Loveland, Arapahoe Basin, Keystone, Breckenridge, and Copper Mountain all less than 14 miles away.

At the townhome itself, you’ll find an update, open, spacious layout with comfortable, modern decor. Little helpers can perch at the kitchen barstools while you whip up mealtime masterpieces with the assistance of a full suite of stainless steel appliances in the full, well-equipped kitchen, then everyone can grab a bite together at the adjacent dining table.

After a day outdoors, snuggle up in front of the gas fireplace if it’s chilly outside. Let the washer/dryer take care of any vacation laundry, then step out to one of the many nearby restaurants in Silverthorne or Frisco for dinner. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
