Guest Access:

You'll have access to the ENTIRE UPPER SUITE as this house is primarily set up for guests. Please note there is another unit in the lower suite. These are two separate suites, completely sectioned off, and with separate entrances.

Welcome to Vernon and the sunny North Okanagan, where our casual lifestyle matched with spectacular outdoor recreation opportunities has led Vernon to become one of the most diversified communities in BC. Serving a regional population of over 100,000, the community is surrounded by three lakes and is well known for its hot summers and mild winters, which has attracted businesses and residents from across the globe.



Getting Around:

We recommend a vehicle to get around Vernon!



Other Things to Note:

• Please make sure to read and explore your Boarding Pass for detailed check-in ( and check out ) instructions and other information you need during and after your stay.



• Because this property is right on the ski hill, during the winter, an 4WD or AWD vehicle is recommended.



• Garbage must be brought down to the transfer station at the bottom of the hill after the stay.



• PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON THE DECK AT THE TOP. This is only for walking on to enjoy the view and not meant to support a vehicle.



We understand that accidents can happen during your stay, and we want to ensure that both you and the property are protected.

For your peace of mind, we offer two options:

1) Non-refundable Damage Waiver: For a small fee, this waiver covers accidental damages (up to $250) during your stay.

2) Refundable Safety Deposit: A credit card hold, that will be refunded upon a successful property inspection after your stay.

These options will be presented to you through our Guest App after booking.



Interaction with Guests:

Just to set proper expectations, our support line is available only until 2 am.

Please let us know your estimated time of arrival or if you expect to arrive after 2am, so we can make the necessary arrangements to assist you.
