  • Smuk traditionel villa bygget i moderne stil og beliggende i udkanten af det livlige Apollonia, øens hovedstad i landsbyen Katavati. Med udsigt over bjergene med profeten Ilias kloster på toppen, er det kun få minutters gang fra Apollonia og tilbyder fuldstændig isolering fra alle turistattraktioner, der giver sine gæster mulighed for at slappe af i de rummelige private afslapningsområder og verandaer. Ideel til to familier med børn, da det inkluderer tre soveværelser med queensize-seng og eget badeværelse, et soveværelse bestående af to enkeltsenge og et lille gæstehus med en dobbeltseng og privat bruser. 1 stort spisebord og 2 udendørs spiseborde, sofaer og lænestole er perfekte til at slappe af i og underholde og let imødekomme alle dets gæster på alle tidspunkter af dagen. Faciliteter såsom et fuldt udstyret køkken / BBQ, WI-FI, LCD TV, HIFI, DVD osv. ... hjælper med at få enhver gæst til at føle sig hjemme.
    De fleste af øens strande (Platis Gialos, Faros, Chrisopigi, Fasolou, Faros.) Er 10-15 minutters kørsel, undtagen Vathi, som er ca. 20 minutter.
    Med de største markeder på øen kun 100 m væk og let adgang til centrum af Sifnos til fods (5-10 min. Gang) eller i bil (2min) er alle forsyninger til din rækkevidde.

Stunning house, great location!

Would highly recommend staying here. Beautiful house and pool, close to town, air conditioning in all rooms. Loved our stay!

Beautiful house for our group of 10, with the main village of Apollonia 5mins walk away. Close the the bus stop, super market and bottle shop with lots of great restaurants close by. Highly recommend for a group stay!

Great family holiday

Great Villa with plenty of space for us 6 adults and our 1 year old, would certainly recommend and come back again. Short drive to the restaurants and beaches of the island.

Beautiful home in a great area.

We four loved this house for our six day stay. Nicely walkable to town shops and respond grocery. It was very well stocked.

Love this villa! It is quiet and tranquil. It is so close to supermarket and Apollonia is in walking distance. There are a lot of great dining options and we can also cook ourselves.

A lovely stay

We were 8 Italian friends and we had such a great time in Sifnos. The house is very beautiful, comfortable and peaceful but at the same time it is close to all you could need during your stay. We had such amazing dinners in the front terrace! The owner of the property are amazing hosts. If I decide to come back to Sifnos, I would rent their home again!

Could not ask for anything more… loved the house, location decor everything. In the middle of everything… East bus station and restaurants. Easy communication with the host.. want to go back already!!

Lovely house in great location!

We loved our stay in this beautiful comfortable home in a great location in Sifnos. We would have stayed longer if we could. Bring your bug spray. Some nights were hard to sleep in the downstairs room due to bug bites!

6 adult couples

This property is fabulous, homey, with tons of patio room to spread out. We loved that each couple had their own bedroom. A few rooms shared a bathroom, but there’s a full bath next to the pool, which we also used daily. We walked to 2 decent markets to buy items for breakfast, ice and liquor. The sunrise from the upper deck was just lovely with our morning coffee. We hired a private chef, and he shared that it was one of the best stocked kitchens in the area! It’s a big walk down to Apollonia only because of the hill to walk back home, but we did it every day. (Wear good shoes!). We rented e-bikes and could walk to the vendor—highly recommend! Don’t hesitate to rent this home.

JolieVilla spacieuse pour de superbes vacances

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique villa idéalement située près d’apollonia! Proche des commerces et transports, cette villa est très bien équipée et joliement décorée. Merci à Konstantinos pour ses attentions à notre arrivée ( eau fraîche, glaçons, serviette….) et sa disponibilité tout au long du séjour. A noter que la villa se situe dans un hameau avec voisinage donc vigilance au bruit le soir. Encore merci Konstantinos pour ce séjour inoubliable !

Beautiful home at the top of the hill

Seamless check-in and check out, and a beautiful space to spend time on the island. Quiet location at the top of the hill leading down to the restaurants and buzz of Appolonia. We will be daydreaming of this wonderful space for years to come.

Tasteful and Comfortable Villa Katavati

Our group of seven family members had a very enjoyable stay at this comfortable, tastefully decorated, and perfectly located villa. We enjoyed being in the quiet location with the ease of walking to the convenient markets and to all the restaurants and shops on the ancient pathway and steps to Apollonia. The outdoor area had many spaces for relaxation and dining and for swimming in the pool of course! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with essentials. The housekeeper was very pleasant and efficient. The owner was responsive and helpful during the booking process and throughout our stay. We’d love to stay there again sometime!

Excellent high standard villa in good location

As a group of mature friends we really appreciated the tastefully decorated villa with its many spaces to rest and enjoy the surroundings. There are not many villas with swimming pool in sifnos, so this was a real find and very reasonably priced. 2 supermarkets very close by. Highly recommended.

Stylish, comfortable, peaceful - villa Katavati is wonderful

Konstantinos and Eleni have created a wonderful home and we loved our stay. I looked at all the similar houses on the island of similar size and their house was by far the best. Super comfy, super stylish, peaceful and lovely. I stayed there with my parents and two small kids and they accommodated all our requests, and were always in communication, can’t recommend this place enough.

Perfect place to enjoy beautiful Sifnos!

The Konstantinos villa was the perfect home base for my group of six for our stay in Sifnos. The home is beautiful, open, airy and clean. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching the sun set over the Sifnos hills. The kitchen is well appointed and the bedrooms clean and bright. The location can't be beat - steps from the cute village of Apollonia and there is a bus stop nearby for exploring the rest of the island. The Konstantinos were incredibly responsive and helpful in booking and throughout our stay. We were met at check in by their friendly housekeeper and daughter who let us on and showed us around. Our group absolutely loved Sifnos and this beautiful home was a big part of our experience. We hope to be back!

Exceeded all expectations - wonderful

The photographs do not do justice to this beautiful house. It is extremely comfortable and the rooms are set out in such a way that 10 people/ 2 families can holiday together with plenty of space and privacy. It is the perfect location - peaceful and yet easy walking distance down the steps to the buzzing centre Apollonia where there are wonderful bars and restaurants- Jewellry, pottery and clothes shops. There are also plenty of food shops in easy walking distance. We hired a car and explored most beaches on the island. I’ve stayed in Sifnos several times before but not for twenty years it is even better than I remember. Konstantinos the owner was very helpful and communication was extremely easy. We also engaged the wonderful Luciana and her daughter Daphne to come in a few times a week for housekeeping they were very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this house and hope to return.
