I stayed here over the 4th of July weekend and felt comfortable right away. The hotel is gorgeous.
My room was always clean. I am someone who tends to return to my hotel room multiple times a day to rest and recharge. Housekeeping somehow managed to tidy up while I was out each time. On a few occasions they left a sweet detail, like a chocolate or tiny bottled fragrance.

We felt very well taken care of. The Palatina staff made reservations for us at excellent restaurants and were very helpful arranging taxis. This was one of our favorite hotels in our month long travels in Spain. We would absolutely return. "

Every part of the apartment is well-laid out. Too bad it was only a one night stay— probably would have booked it for longer had I known how nice it was going to be."

"I stayed here for two nights and absolutely loved it. It’s a small place, but lovely and so so clean. Walking distance to everything in Granada, just 20 minutes from one of the Alhambra hotels entrances. The only warning is the stairs to get up since the building is older and has no elevator, so if you’re unable to carry luggage up this may be an issue. However, I would highly recommend staying here! "

Bare indgangen til værelset var ligesom en rød løber, og fliserne på badeværelset fik man lyst til at have i sit eget hjem. Sengetøjet var så blødt og behageligt at sove i, og man kunne se direkte fra vinduet selve Alhambra. Vil helt sikkert anbefale dette sted. "

En aften tog vi en taxa hjem om ca. 5 Euro. Man har valgt at lægge vægt på kvaliteten fremfor kvantiteten på dette hotel det gælder fra indretning til morgenmad. Alt i alt et dejligt ophold"

"에어비앤비같은 아파트먼트 형식인데도 호텔체크인이 가능해서 좋았습니다. 추가로 이불을 요청하니 받을 수 있었어요. 아침에는 근처 공사소리때문에 좀 시끄럽긴 했지만 위치도 좋고 엘레베이터도 있어서 편했어요.
다만 커튼에서는 약간 냄새가 나는 것 같아서, 한번 세척할 필요가 있을 것 같았습니다. 그래도 가격대비 상당히 만족해서 추천할만한 숙소입니다!"

"Super friendly staff. Very well situated. Modern, nice and intimate. Small but good breakfast buffet. Some noise from traffic on 1st floor but rooms come with ear plugs. Missed to have an electrical kettle in the room that did have a small fridge. Coffee available to buy. Roof top with a nice view. Small sundeck and pool that was full of (cold) water, but as I understood it still not open to guests on April 2nd. But overall absolutely recommendable. I’d come back."
