"El apartamento está muy bien, dispone de todas las comodidades. El personal es muy amable, dispuestos a ayudar en todo y la limpieza impecable. Por poner alguna pega, se escucha todo, aunque afortunadamente es un sitio bastante tranquilo. La cama era un poco blanda y la tele no funcionaba bien, pero esto último lo comenté al dejar la habitación y supongo que lo habrán solucionado."

"The whole stay was lovely but in particular I want to thank the woman who checked us in. We arrived an hour earlier than planned and she was getting ready to leave. She stayed to check us in, and throughout our stay was friendly and helpful, asking if we wanted housekeeping or an early breakfast on the day we left. I wish I could name her but I hope she knows how much we appreciated her help."

"What an amazing hotel! Lovely interior, large rooms and so quiet. There were no tea making facilities in the room, however a kettle, cups and spoons were provided upon request. Staff very friendly. Lovely breakfast. We didn’t eat in the restaurant, due to the late dining times. The hotel is just a short walk from the Royal Palace, which was well worth a visit. We parked in the free car park just across the road, near to a back entrance gate to the hotel."
