Villa il Borghetto has been designed to accommodate families wishing to experience Siena as a local, offering a convenient location to visit Siena without giving up the view of the Typical Tuscany rolling hills and the convenience of a free private parking.

The apartment \"Il Palio\" is part of my splendid aristocratic residence originating from the early 1600, called \"Villa il Borghetto\".

Villa il Borghetto is just 20 min walking from historical centre of Siena (or 5 minutes by bus - the bus stop is in front of the main entrance).

The apartment \"Il Palio\" is 60 sq. m. is composes of one double bedroom, one single bedroom, living room with kitchen, large bathroom with bath and shower. The apartment is light and airy, it disposes of satellite television with plasma screens, free wifi, air conditioning and heating; is fully equipped with tableware, cutlery, glasses, bed-clothes and towels.



At you arrival you will find all the necessary useful for daily needs: water, italian and american coffee, tea, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, white and cane sugar, dishwasher tabs, sponge and dish soap, kitchen paper, napkins of paper, detergent for the washing machine, towels, sheets, blankets and kitchen linens

The apartment is surrounded by beautiful gardens and is located in the countryside (but only 20 minutes walking from the historical centre of Siena). Siena is a perfect base for visiting Tuscany, because is close to Florence, San Gimignano, Volterra, Pienza and the other medieval and beautiful cities of Tuscany.

During your stay in this apartment of my Villa you will find me (Cristina) or my brother Claudio at your disposal during a daily reception: we will suggest itineraries, typical restaurants, and cultural events according to the time of year.



We also really love to take care of our guests and I\'m sure you will have a great stay in our grandfather\'s Villa: (he bought in the 1940 and our father Cesare followed step by step a long and meticulous restoration!



Close to the apartment there are supermarket (more or less 1 km), and excellent restaurant that will teach you!
