Villa Blue Chill offers a luxurious and comfortable retreat in the picturesque area of Šibenik-Brodarica, perfectly suited for families and groups seeking a memorable Croatian holiday. This spacious villa accommodates up to 10 guests with 5 beautifully appointed bedrooms, each featuring a queen-size bed to ensure maximum comfort and relaxation.



The property boasts an impressive array of amenities designed to provide a premium holiday experience. Guests can enjoy a private swimming pool measuring 3x6 metres, ideal for cooling off during warm summer days. The outdoor spaces are equally inviting, featuring a fenced plot with garden furniture, a barbecue area, balcony, and terrace - perfect for al fresco dining and enjoying the stunning surroundings.



Inside, the villa is fully equipped with modern conveniences. The kitchen is a culinary enthusiast's dream, featuring induction cooking, a comprehensive range of appliances including a stove, fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, and coffee machine. Two TVs with satellite channels provide entertainment, while complimentary WiFi keeps guests connected.



The villa offers excellent proximity to local attractions. A sandy and rocky beach is just 700 metres away, while a supermarket and restaurant are within walking distance. Guests can explore nearby attractions such as the historic Old Town Šibenik, National Park Krka, and Split Airport, making this an ideal base for discovering the beautiful Dalmatian coast.



Additional amenities include air conditioning, a private entrance, essential facilities, a strongbox, and a first aid kit. Please note that the villa does not allow pets or smoking, and is not suitable for youth groups.



Damage deposit is 100 euros. The deposit is taken in cash on arrival and returned in cash on departure if there is no damage.
