"This is a budget hotel - so don`t expect anything more. It is good value for money and in a location about 10 - 15 minutes walk from Chiang Saen centre. There are no cafes close to the hotel so be prepared to walk or take a ride to the centre of Chiang Saen. The staff are friendly and helpful."

"We enjoyed our stay here. Our cabin overlooked rice fields that was very pleasant, especially seeing farmers working in their fields. Lots of tour groups stay here so meal times can be busy. Breakfast buffet was extensive. We did not eat dinner here. The pool looked lovely especially at night time."

The staff are very helpful and friendly, and will do everything for you. For free they make the most delicious breakfast, which you choose the day before from a number of different dishes, you can choose between ordinary breakfast and traditional thai.
Among other thing we one day borrowed the free bikes and took on a trip to the Baan Dam museum about 5 km....

"Ren afslapning i smukke omgivelser. Det er ikke et firestjernet hotel, men et resort med stort potentiale. Desværre rammer det ikke den rette stemning. Bl.a. service og vedligeholdelse af resortet kunne bruge en opgradering.
Restaurantmaden og priserne var ok. Det var ofte svært at få kontakt med en tjener.
Morgenmaden meget kedelig. Kun brød, smør, marmelade, æg, lille salat, rissuppe, frugt og æg efter eget ønske. Der kunne godt have været en eller to andre retter med eksempelvis ris eller...

Note that the location is not near anything and Chiang Rai in general is very spread out. We booked many Grabs to get around. Recommend hiring a driver for a day to see the temples, markets etc. "

Rooms are ok but bathroom was dirty. Closet broken as well as rack for hanging towels.
Pool has a spectacular view but extremely limited opening hours. Breakfast very basic.
Be aware of mosquitoes, there are a lot!"

"I had a one night stay in Chiang Mai to tour the temple's. I arrived super early and couldnt check into my airbnb yet. I booked this location last minute. With the limited time I had, the location to the places i wanted to visit were super close. The tik tok Viral Lalitta Cafe wasn't far from it either. You do have the option to included breakfast for an additional fee (very inexpensive).
This hotel cleanliness was top tier. Not sure if its newly built but its definitely exceeded my...
