"Stayed at 35th floor and the view was great. Comfortable room with good bed, but room can quickly get crowded in case of two large size luggages. Gym is well equipped and nice. 7-eleven nearby with 24/7 service and Shinagawa station only a short walk away. All in all a great stay without any issues."

"Although this hotel is located in the Tokyo business district, it fulfilled all our needs travelling as a family of four. Located at the top of a highrise building we had good view of the city which we could enjoy - as the first stop in Japan coming from Europe we were a bit jetlagged the first many days why it was nice to have great views while waiting to fall asleep. This is also maybe the only critisism we can think of in relation to the hotel - it would have been nice if a bar or coffee...

"We stayed on 29th floor in a triple room. It was a good size big enough for 3 people and had a nice view over the city. The room was clean. The staff were helpful. Direct access from hotel to Sunshine City mall where you can access the metro which is one stop away from main ikebukuro station. I would recommend accessing hotel via the sunshine city mall as this is easier to find. Also the airport bus stops directly outside the hotel so this is an added bonus to a nice stay. Lifts weren't an issue...
