"What a joke. This hotel could have potential, but it’s a total disaster. And for the price they charge? Don’t even bother. Staff couldn’t care less, our room smelled awful and wasn’t cleaned once during our stay. The shower didn’t work, and when I complained, the receptionist just shrugged and said “I know” — so apparently they’re fully aware of the problems and simply don’t care. Breakfast? "I had an amazing stay in this room in Vlora! The place was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The location was perfect — close to the beach, restaurants, and everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The host was extremely kind, welcoming, and always available to help with anything.
