Plus, the onsens are AMAZING. I almost fell asleep while using one. Most of the staff doesn't speak English, so either practice your Japanese or bring a translator with you. "

"Fint hotel men receptionen kunne ikke hjælpe med basale ting og overholdt ikke simple aftaler. De undskyldte og bukkede men gjorde intet for at hjælpe deres gæster.
