Normally I don’t leave reviews, but am a stickler for reading them before making a decision. While the beds and bathroom were clean, I was disappointed overall with the room. I had booked a 2 double bed room that was advertised as being able to sleep 5 people. I’m not sure what size people it’s referencing, but they’re not average height males. I’m not sure where the 5th person would go either as there’s no couch and barely anywhere to put bags or suitcases. The room also was noticeably humid. I stayed 4 nights, and the room was not serviced until after the 3rd night. All that was done during this was new towels in the bathroom. Beds unmade, trash can left full. Overall disappointed in this location, but at least it was clean.

The room and property was very clean. We had a pet with us and the front desk put us near an exit door which was very convenient for taking our pet out. My only complaint was we arrived in the middle of a terrible rain storm, we had to park in the street since we were pulling a trailer and there was a river running in the street. So getting to the bldg had to walk in ankle deep water. But the front desk was very kind to check on us later that evening!

Location was good, bed was comfortable. Our bathroom wasn’t cleaned. Toilet seat had pee on it, shower floor was black from dirty feet, Shampoo, conditioner, body wash bottles were all empty, floor was sticky. Breakfast was limited in options. Nightly rate was way too high for the quality of the hotel.

Overall the hotel was very nice! I was disappointed not to have queen beds. Full size beds for a family of 4 is not really conducive especially with older kids. Everything was updated except the tub. All in all, the room was spacious and we felt safe. Thank you. I would definitely recommend this facility to other people.

The hotel facilities are nice, the front desk staff was good. Shannon at the front desk provides great customer service. The problem we had was the hotel lost power to some parts of the hotel due to a storm and transformer malfunction. This cause a huge inconvenience for me having to use stairs with my limited walking ability, no hot water for a shower and no heat to warm up from the cold front that happened. This may be my last time booking with Wyndham hotels due to having problems at another location in this area just a few weeks apart. My suggestion is the property need a generator that will run the whole property.
